With a background in the hedge fund industry, he has honed his expertise through key roles in institutional client relations in London’s Mayfair district. Given his vast experience and network in the industry, he founded Open Oceans Group, building up on his entrepreneurial acumen. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Bath and is also a former national champion in Olympic boxing.

Blossom Wesseling

Business Administration Manager

Blossom is heading Open Ocean Group’s administration and sales support division. She has held prior positions within facilities management, project management and HR, having previously worked at a Mayfair based hedge fund for several years.

Kateryn Garzon

Business Development Executive

Kateryn is a Business Development Executive at Open Oceans Group, connecting asset managers, financial planners, consultants, advisors, family offices, and pension funds with a robust portfolio of financial products. She has over 6 years of experience in sales and marketing and a degree Business Management from the Middlesex University specialising in Finance and Supply Chain.

Jarko holds a degree in Business Administration from Gabriela Mistral University in Chile.

His background includes working with multi-country datasets, KPI reporting, pricing analysis, fraud and risk insights, portfolio performance, and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
 
Fernando brings an analytical and business-oriented approach to client acquisition, combining data-driven thinking, relationship building, market research, and structured follow-up to identify opportunities and support growth initiatives. He is especially interested in international investments, wealth management, and helping clients better understand financial solutions aligned with their goals.
